What my clients say

  • “I spoke to one of our songwriters who had benefited from the brilliance of Carrie's coaching and I was blown away by her reaction. The deeply thoughtful and useful guidance she had received in the sessions with Carrie was fantastic. The writer/artist felt so much stronger and better prepared for the tough road ahead. Although you can never fully prepare for the rigours of the music business, she felt she had a much better sense of the tools she might need and how to protect her wellbeing going forward. I cannot recommend Carrie's intelligent and thoughtful work with Creatives highly enough. It is needed more than ever in today's fast moving, social media driven world.”

    - Caroline Elleray, VP for Creative, Songwriter Services at Sony Music Publishing

  • "I recently completed three months of coaching sessions with Carrie, and the experience was truly transformative. Carrie's guidance helped me delve deep into my core values, allowing me to gain a profound understanding of what truly matters to me. Through her support, I discovered new ways to fuse these values into my life, finding a fresh perspective and a newfound joy in my artistic pursuits.

Her unique approach, blending gentle encouragement with a willingness to push boundaries, enabled me to delve into uncomfortable areas while feeling supported every step of the way. Carrie's background as a musician was invaluable; she has a clear understanding of what it means to be an artist and empathised with my creative aspirations, offering tailored guidance that really resonated deeply.

Working with Carrie was insightful and inspiring, unlocking avenues of authentic expression that have been long buried and guiding me towards a more fulfilling and joyful path. I highly recommend her coaching for anyone seeking meaningful personal growth and artistic fulfillment."

  • “We met at a time when I was creatively lost and I had no energy and no confidence. Being coached by Carrie gave me the tools to do something about that. It showed me that I was completely able to be in control of my situation. I realised what the actual issues were and what to do about that. As a result I've taken more control creatively, I have diversified my portfolio, I’m busier than ever producing for artists as well as for myself. I’m mixing and mastering myself. People have incredible confidence in me and I would never have gotten to this stage without Carrie’s help in this very, very difficult period. I would highly recommend this programme to any creatives who have doubts about what they are achieving, feel like they’re not fulfilling their potential, or are not moving in the way that they want to be or maybe who don’t believe in what they’re doing as much as they want to creatively.”

    - Harry Stone, Artist/Songwriter/Producer

  • “Carrie has completely changed the way I think of and approach any situation in my life. Her ability to be able to support, encourage, motivate and understand me is the best thing I could have wanted from our time together, and has truly given me a deeper understanding of myself and what I need to be the best version of myself. At the beginning of the program, I set myself a goal to create a 7 track EP that felt true to the music I wanted to create. I completed this goal within our 12 sessions, and wouldn’t have been able to do so without her guidance and encouragement throughout that time. Thank you Carrie!”

    - Thomas Headon, Artist/Songwriter

  • "What is creative freedom? Is it the same as freedom freedom? Is it looking at a squirrel trying to eat an apple and thinking ‘there’s no way that whole thing will fit in there’? Is it opening a door knowing that whatever is on the other side is about to be completely unaffected? Is it listening to the sweet tones of a crying baby on a hot bus while smiling out the window? Or is it simply having the quiet confidence to start a testimonial as I have because nobody really knows what they’re doing so you may as well do what makes you happy. This was one of the many lessons I learnt from my sessions with Carrie.

These sessions have brought me closer to myself in ways that only me and my internal monologue know. It’s made making decisions going forward somehow calm and exciting instead of me impatiently waiting for results. And overall allowed me to relax into the idea that I might not know whats around the corner but I trust myself to handle it my way.

I can’t recommend the sessions enough!

If it’s inspiring - just go. If it's too serious - just no."

    - Edzai Soper, Conceptual Creative

  • "I can confidently say that Carrie’s guidance has been transformative for my artistic journey. Through our work together, she has helped me delve deep into my core values and craft a mission statement that truly encapsulates my purpose: "My purpose is to have meaningful connections with others and inspire them to connect with their truth so that they can create honest art that speaks to everyone."

Carrie's approach is both supportive and invigorating. She has taught me to "live in colour" and break free from the fear that often plagues artists in the unpredictable music industry. Her consistent support and warmth have guided me to a more positive mindset, allowing me to approach my craft with renewed enthusiasm.

One of the most valuable lessons Carrie imparted was the importance of following inspiration. She encouraged me to consistently ask myself, "Is that inspiring?" and "Will this session/collaboration inspire me?" These simple yet powerful questions have become crucial in keeping my creative work aligned with my values and purpose.

Carrie's coaching has also helped me overcome practical challenges. I used to struggle with picking up my guitar and writing for myself after long days of collaborating with others. Thanks to her guidance, I've been able to turn this around, rekindling my passion for personal creative expression.

Another significant shift has been in my language and mindset. Carrie taught me to replace phrases like "I should" or "I need to" with "I want to," making me more conscious of my motivations and desires. This subtle change has had a profound impact on my approach to my work and life.

Carrie is more than just a coach; she's a nurturing guiding light who leads you to greater depths of satisfaction in your creative career. Her vivacious warmth, understanding nature, and supportive approach make her exactly the kind of person every creative needs in their life. Through her wisdom and our monthly commitment-setting practice, I've found myself in a more positive and inspired place, ready to create honest art that truly speaks to everyone.

  • “Carrie was my personal-development coach at a pivotal moment in my life and career. With her guidance I was able to transform my life for the better and lose some of the destructive habits I'd been holding on to, unknowingly.

My sessions with Carrie were priceless and helped me to discover in a very short period of time how I could better serve my ambitions whilst balancing a more rewarding personal life and ridding myself of some unhelpful thinking patterns. Carrie is approachable, funny, compassionate, understanding, patient and very good at what she does.

I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions and came away with my mind both opened and blown every week. As a result of our sessions, I feel I have been given a gift for life - the tools with which to navigate this often difficult life and my noisy internal world. I have also come to know and understand myself so much better as a result of Carrie's exercises.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Carrie without hesitation for anyone wanting to develop any part of themselves, their career or their personal life and I would strongly recommend that you give her services a try! 10/10”

  • “I was someone who was skeptical of the process at first. Mainly because of my own fears. I wanted to make sure I could apply myself. Carrie made that super easy and within a couple of sessions I was already feeling like the benefits were there. Then, I think, 4 or 5 sessions in it really hit and really started to make a deeper impact.

It seemed like a daunting process at first but it becomes pretty easy and natural and just explorative, interesting and exciting which I think is kind of an important thing that will keep you going. Finding out about yourself and questioning things about yourself. Realising that faults aren't already inherent and that they're not always going to be there. You can work on those things ... or some of them aren't even faults. Just learning to harness them in different ways and reframe them.

Carrie is such a welcoming and kind person. She's a great guide to allow us to express ourselves. Respectful and open but also challenging in the right ways. I'm someone who is a bit cynical and skeptical of these sort of things and I've come out of the process feeling really good about it and really proud that I did it.”

    - Ed Tullett, Artist/Songwriter/Producer (Novo Amor)

  • “It has been an honour to work with Carrie. She has changed my life! I love her smile, energy, honesty, expressions, and wisdom. She is very articulate and truly cares about me. She comforted me when I was down or lost, and helped me find clarity. She challenged me when I couldn't see what was happening within me. I am very grateful for all the heart and hard work she has put into our sessions. I want to thank her so much for helping me find my voice! She is a wonderful and inspiring coach!!”

    - Candy Ma, Actress/Singer

  • “I had the true pleasure of working with Carrie as my coach. I was looking for ways to better understand myself, my career choices, and what motivates me. Working with Carrie I was able to uncover incredible intel about myself. She listened to me, asked me challenging questions, pointed out connections across my values and career choices I'd never seen, and most of all, she believed in me. I looked forward to every session to dive in with such a positive, encouraging coach. I often would use certain "negative" words, or get stuck in one perspective without noticing, and she could insightfully point these patterns out and show me tools to make changes. I have a number of new tools that Carrie taught me how to use in order to make decisions that align with my values and stop living in fear. When I needed more time on an exercise, she was patient and made sure I felt confident before moving on. She really took the time to get to know me, what drives me, and I'm so grateful for that. She cared about my progress on a human level that has made a lasting impact on me across my work, my relationships, my confidence and my goals for the future. She's amazing and I highly recommend her!”

  • “I went to Carrie in the midst of a problem in my relationship - she helped me see that the problem was not the relationship, but the way I viewed myself in my relationship.

She guided me to think about the ways that I can fulfil my needs, instead of expecting someone else to fill them for me. She ignited a fire within me to understand that I am loveable, I am enough and that I am confident that what I bring to my relationship is GREAT !

Thank you Carrie for your support - this was only a little snippet of what you helped me see was within myself !”

    - Caitlin Maree Hart, Yoga and Wellness Coach

  • “I was coached by Carrie last year before what was to me a big career change. Carrie doesn't just want to hear or see a laundry list of goals she wants to know and understand you first and then find out about your aims and reasons for coaching. Her bubbly personality is infectious and you can't help but feel invigorated at the end of a session and ready to jump in to the week and run through the walls of your fears. A year on from using her tools I managed to get promoted twice and now I feel excited about the next steps I am taking in my career. Remember challenge is there to help us grow! I would recommend Carrie to anyone who is ready for change and wants to upgrade to a new level of confidence and growth.”

    - Mark Jackson, Storyboard Artist

  • "Through genuine human connection, Carrie created an environment where I felt comfortable to discuss and explore barriers to my personal and professional development. She was open, non-judgmental, empathetic and honest. I felt engaged and motivated in our sessions, and she provided support and materials to engage with outside of our sessions. On a practical level, Carrie helped me develop self-confidence which had been holding me back in multiple areas of my life. Her coaching taught me that I have a choice to think differently and put small steps in place that could have a big outcome. I can't thank her enough and would highly recommend working with Carrie."

    - Lucy Leventhorpe, Consultant for Dore

  • "Our sessions have completely changed the way I think about myself - I came to you because I felt stuck in a rut and if I'm honest with myself I was hoping you could turn me into a different person (e.g. an extrovert :D). But what actually happened was you helped me start to understand myself and work out how to treat myself better. I had several HUGE revelations in our sessions. I think I will always remember the moment it clicked that wellbeing was my top value! You were always so kind and understanding and I felt on top of the world after the sessions."
